Searching the text

If you are looking for a specific phrase, enclose it in "quotes" otherwise all pages containing all of the words will be located.

If more than one page contains what you are searching for, the page with the most instances of the term is listed first.

In addition to being able to find individual words, you can search using Boolean expressions. This means you can use the special operators AND, OR, NOT, * and parentheses.

Examples:
The search phrase: spiritual progress
finds pages containing either 'spiritual' or 'progress'.

The search phrase: spiritual or progress
finds the same as the phrase above.

The search phrase: spiritual and progress
finds only those pages containing both 'spiritual' and 'progress'.

The search phrase: power not higher
finds pages containing 'power' but not 'higher'
This would help sort out references to "Higher Power"
when your actually interested in just plain "power".

Parentheses can be used to define complex search phrases as in-
The search phrase: spiritual and progress and (power not higher)
   finds pages with:
both 'spiritual' and 'progress', plus 'power' while excluding 'higher'.

The asterisk* can be used as a "wildcard".
For example the search term: recover*
finds instances of recover and all words beginning with recover.
Included would be recover, recovering, recovered, recovery etc.

"Index" and "Search" are two different ways of looking things up. "Search" covers the first 164 pages, Dr. Bobs story, Spiritual Experience and the foreword.
