e-AA2 CD Upgrade

The CD provides a backup copy of e-AA, makes it easy to move it between computers and makes it easier to give as a gift.

The CD also includes a major addition that is not available in the download version: a full concordance to the first 164 pages.  Integrated into e-AA with all the other reference material.

Every word is reproduced in the sentence it appears in.  For example:
