1. Turn on your Nook.
2. Put your SD card into the Nook.
3. Plug your Nook up to your PC with the provided micro USB to USB cable.
4. A menu should pop up on your PC screen, telling you it sees an SD card and if you would like to open it.
5. Once you have opened the SD card, make a folder a to store your files.
6. Close windows and unplug the USB cable from the Nook. (The Nook will now remount the SD card to the Nook)
7. Hit your on screen menu button on the Nook and hit Library.
   
8. Press memory card.
9. Navigate your way to your folder where your book or txt files are.
   
10. Now press on ebook file to open.
